What makes your aggressive skate gear different?
We’re skaters first – every product in our lineup (frames, wheels, bearings) has been tested on real streets by our team. We only stock equipment that can handle serious grinds and urban abuse while maintaining performance.
Do you sell complete skate setups?
Currently we specialize in performance components (frames, wheels, bearings) for aggressive skaters who customize their setups. Mix and match to create your perfect configuration.
How do I choose the right wheel hardness/size?
Our product pages include detailed specs and recommendations based on skating style:
- Park/rail skaters: Smaller (55-58mm), harder wheels (88A-92A)
- Street/rough terrain: Larger (60-64mm), slightly softer wheels (84A-88A)
- All-rounders: Mid-size (58-60mm) with 86A-90A hardness
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will my gear arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then shipping times depend on your choice:
- Standard ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except some remote areas and parts of Asia. All international orders include customs paperwork handled by us – no hidden fees or surprises.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive tracking info the moment your gear leaves our warehouse. No guessing games – we know how painful waiting for new wheels can be.
Payments & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed – we don’t store your payment info.
Why was my card declined?
Most declines are due to:
- International transaction blocks (contact your bank)
- Incorrect CVV or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
15 days from delivery to initiate returns. Conditions:
- Items must be unused in original packaging (we get it – but save the test grinds for after you’re sure)
- Email [email protected] to start the process
- Return shipping is your responsibility (keep that original box!)
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t do direct exchanges, but we’ll process your return quickly so you can reorder the correct item. This is actually faster than traditional exchange systems.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We use bombproof packaging, but if something’s wrong, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll make it right – no skater should have to wait for working gear.
